Email Reports

Use ZAPP's email reports to detect how likely your message is to be marked as spam and identify artists who didn't receive your email.

How to Access

Spam Score Report

After you've sent a mass email through ZAPP

See the spam scores assigned to your emails. Scores below 5 are considered positive.

1. Go to Reports > Event Communication Spam Score Report
2. Select the date range.
3. Select your event.
4. Choose your sort options.
5. Click Update.

Communication Bounce Report

After you've sent a mass email or if you have artists reporting they didn't receive your email.

View artists who didn't receive your message and the reason why.

1. Go to Reports > Communication Bounce Report
2. Select the date range.
3. Select your event.
4. Choose your sort options.
5. Click Update.

Spam scores are often affected by several factors, including certain words or phrases (those related to financial hype, urgency, or unrealistic promises) and formatting or email structure (excessive capitalization, exclamation marks, or external links).
