Setting Up a Monitor Jury 🖥️ (most popular)
Jurors view images on their own computers. Images are shown one at a time, followed by a scorecard with a thumbnail view. Jurors can enter into full-screen mode and zoom in to see image details.

When you're ready to set up the jury, configure the following settings under Step 1: Set Up the Jury on the Jury tab:
Click Jury and then move to Step 1: Set Up the Jury. Change Current Jury Status to: In Progress.
Choose from Monitor Fullscreen.
Choose from 1-5, 1-7, 1-10, or yes/no/maybe.
Next to Scoring Type Order, choose Low to High or High to Low. This affects the display, not the value of the score.
Next to Sub-sort Artists By, choose how applications will be sorted for the jury within each medium: Last Name, Application ID, Application Received (date submitted), or Random.
Change the setting Hide Current Artist Status to Yes. This will prevent artists from seeing if they've been invited or uninvited before you're ready to announce results.
In the Show Body of Work setting, change to Active if you want jurors to see an applicant's body of work presented as thumbnails first, before each individual image.
Choose to display or hide artist names from the jury. Select Inactive from the drop-down menu to hide artist names.
Choose active to display the artist's statement of technique to jurors. Select disabled to keep the statement hidden.
Change to Active to display descriptions for each piece of artwork. Artwork descriptions are optional for artists.
Change to Active if you want to display the individual prices of each artwork submitted for consideration.
Click Save Jury Settings to save preferences.

Setting Up a Rolling Jury 🔄
A rolling jury allows artists and vendors to apply while jurying is in progress. Events with ongoing or flexible deadlines most often use this type.
Configure your jury set-up with the instructions above, except for the Hide Current Artist Status setting. Change this to No, which will allow applicants to continue applying even while you're jurying.
Setting Up a Projected Jury 📽️
This jury format is designed to be used with special equipment to project images onto a wall or screen. The scorecard features thumbnails of the images, allowing the juror to follow along with the projected images.
⚡ TIP: We recommend using ZAPP’s JuryBuddy™ app to run your projected jury. To learn more, email zapphelp@wearecreativewest.org.
Configure your jury set-up with the instructions above, except for the following settings:
Jury View: Choose Projection.
Show Art Thumbnails: Choose from all, one, or none to display how many thumbnails your jurors will see on their scorecards.
👉 Once you've configured your settings, you're ready to create juror accounts and begin jurying.
