ZAPP collects applicant payments (application and booth fees) on your behalf and sends you a payout (monthly remittance) once a month.

Receiving Your Monthly Payout

Here's how it works:

Revenue collection

Revenue is collected from the first to the last day of the month. (e.g., Jan. 1 - Jan. 31)

Payment calculations

ZAPP calculates gross revenue collected for your organization and deducts any fees owed, including processing fees (for credit card and PayPal payments) or license fees.

Monthly payments are sent out

ZAPP will send you a check or EFT payment on the 5th business day of the month for revenue collected the previous month. The billing contact on file will also receive a copy of the payment remittance detail.
