Completing Jury Details

The Jury Details section gives artists valuable context about how your selection process works. Completing as much of this page as possible helps artists better understand your event and decide whether to apply.

Required Fields

  • How are applications vetted?

  • Enter the average number of applications you receive each year.

  • Enter the average number of artists selected from the jury to participate in the event.

Recommended Fields for Juried Events

If your event is juried, we recommend including the following additional information for applicants.

  • How are returning artists selected?

  • What types of vendors are excluded/ineligible?

  • How are images viewed at the jury?

  • In what order are applications viewed?

  • How does your jury score applications?

  • How is your jury organized?

  • Is your jury process open or closed for observation?
