Create Juror Accounts

Learn how to create jurors’ accounts, assign them to your event, and provide logins so they can begin scoring applications. This quick guide walks through the steps for adding a juror, setting a secure password, and granting access to your event.

How to Add and Assign a Juror 👤

  1. Open the Jury Administration page

    • Click Add Juror to create a new juror account.

    • Already created the account? Go to Jury > Jurors, click Edit, and assign them to your current event by checking the relevant box.

  2. Fill in the juror’s details

    • Choose a Username and Password (must be at least 7 characters, with one uppercase, one lowercase, and one number).

    • Enter their Name, Email, and Phone Number.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Assign the juror to your event

    • The Juror Editor page will reload.

    • Check the box next to your event name.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Share credentials
