Jury Application Table

Use the Jury Application Table to monitor juror scores, view comments, and take action on artist statuses during the jury. This view gives you real-time insight into how applicants are performing and lets you update statuses directly from the table.

What You'll See 👀

When your jury is in progress, the Jury Application Table displays:

One image thumbnail per application
The artist name and application ID
The artist's statement of technique
The artist's medium category
Individual juror scores and comments
The artist's average score

You can filter the table by medium category or various keywords, or by typing in keywords related to the applicant or their work.

Live Updates and Status Changes 🔃

To monitor jury activity in real time, click Update so juror scores and comments refresh. You can also change artist statuses directly in the table:

Use the drop-down below the artist's thumbnail to select a new status: Invited, Not Invited, or Waitlist.
Click Update to apply the change. status by selecting the desired status from the drop-down menu below the artist’s image thumbnail and clicking “Update.”

Jury Landing Page

The Jury Landing Page is your main workspace for scoring artist applications. From here, you can filter by medium category, view thumbnails, enter scores, and download your score history. Think of it as your jury dashboard.

Jury Reports

ZAPP offers reporting tools before and after your jury to help you prepare, review results, and document scores. Use these reports to track medium category distribution, provide backup scoring tools, and analyze final jury data.
