For Jurors: Logging in & Managing Your Profile

Welcome! This guide covers everything you need to know to access your ZAPP juror account, update your contact details, manage notifications, and set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added security.

Logging in ๐Ÿšช

Each juror is assigned a unique username and password by the event administrator.

To log in:

  1. Go to admin.zapplication.org

  2. Enter your username and password

  3. Click Log In

      โšก TIP: First time logging in? Click Forgot Password, and then enter your email and username to set up your password.


Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) ๐Ÿ”

ZAPP requires multi-factor authentication the first time you log in. This adds an extra layer of security by sending you a temporary login code to your email or an authenticator app.

When logging in for the first time:

  1. Choose your MFA method (email or authenticator app).

  2. Follow the instructions to complete setup.

  3. Select Remind Me Later if you want to skip setup for now (youโ€™ll be asked again in two weeks).

โœ… Recommended: Use an authenticator app for the most secure experience.

To log in with MFA after setup:

  1. Enter your username and password.

  2. Type in the MFA code sent to your email or app.

  3. (Optional) Check Remember this device? if using your own computer.

  4. Click Submit.


Updating Your Profile ๐Ÿ‘ค

You can view and edit your contact details, login info, password, and notification preferences from the Profile page.

To update your contact info:

  1. Log into your ZAPP account.

  2. Click Profile.

  3. Edit your contact fields.

  4. Click Save.


Changing Your Password ๐Ÿ”‘

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Enter your new password in both fields

      Passwords must be:

    • At least 7 characters

    • Include 1 uppercase letter

    • Include 1 number

  3. Click Save.


Notification Settings ๐Ÿ””

ZAPP wonโ€™t email or text you unless you opt in.

To adjust your preferences:

  1. Log in and click Profile.

  2. Scroll to Notification Settings.

  3. Check or uncheck the boxes to match your preferences.

  4. Changes are saved automatically.
